ジャスドリ!（以下「本サービス」）は、参加者の方からお預かりする個人情報の取扱いについて、本ポリシーを定めます。本サービスは個人が運営しています。個人情報取扱事業者である運営責任者の氏名・住所は、お問い合わせいただければ遅滞なくお答えします。

Just Drink ("the Service") sets out this policy on how it handles the personal information it receives from participants. The Service is run by an individual. If you ask, we will tell you without delay the name and address of the person responsible, who is the business handling your personal information.

• 登録時：メールアドレス、ニックネーム、氏名、Meetupユーザー名（任意）、20歳以上であることの確認とその日時 / On sign-up: email, nickname, full name, Meetup username (optional), and your confirmation that you are 20 or over, with its time
• 参加の記録：参加表明・キャンセルの日時、開催後の連絡先共有に同意したかどうか / Participation: when you RSVP or cancel, and whether you opted in to sharing contact details after the event
• お支払いの記録：決済代行の Stripe から受け取る支払者名・金額・決済日時・決済手段 / Payment: payer name, amount, date and method, received from our payment processor Stripe
• お問い合わせの内容 / What you send us when you get in touch
• 当日の写真：撮影に同意いただいた方のみ / Photos at the event, only of people who agree
• アクセスの記録：IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、アクセス日時など（ログインや配信の仕組みが自動的に記録するもの） / Access logs — IP address, browser type, time and the like — recorded automatically by the sign-in and hosting services

クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を、本サービスが取得・保管することはありません。カード情報は Stripe が直接お預かりします。
We never receive or store your card number; Stripe collects it directly.

• イベントの参加管理（参加表明、お支払いの確認、当日の受付・本人確認） / Running the event: RSVPs, confirming payment, checking you in
• 20歳以上であることの確認 / Confirming you are 20 or over
• 開催日時・会場・開催形式の変更・中止などのご連絡、リマインド / Telling you about the date, venue, format changes, cancellations, and sending reminders
• 次回以降のジャスドリのご案内（不要な場合はお申し出により停止します） / Telling you about future Just Drink events — tell us and we will stop
• キャンセル・返金の手続き、お問い合わせへの対応 / Handling cancellations, refunds and your questions
• 開催後の、同意した参加者同士の連絡先交換 / Exchanging contact details after the event between people who opted in
• 当日の写真の、本サービスのSNS（Instagram 等）への掲載（撮影・掲載に同意いただいた方のみ） / Posting event photos on our social media such as Instagram, only of people who agree
• 不正な利用の防止、障害の調査 / Preventing misuse and looking into faults

上記以外の目的で利用する場合は、あらかじめご本人の同意をいただきます。
We ask for your consent before using your information for anything else.

取得した情報を、次の場合を除いて第三者に提供することはありません。
We do not give the information we collect to third parties, except in the following cases.

• 開催後の連絡先交換に同意した方について、同じく同意した参加者に、ニックネームとメールアドレスを共有する場合（共有する項目は、交換機能の公開時に改めてお知らせします） / Sharing your nickname and email with other participants who also opted in, if you opted in (we will confirm the exact details when the feature launches)
• 撮影・掲載に同意いただいた方の写真を、本サービスのSNSに掲載する場合 / Posting photos of people who agreed, on our social media
• 法令に基づき開示を求められた場合 / Where the law requires it

なお、本サービスの運営のため、決済（Stripe）・データの保存（Supabase）・ウェブサイトの配信（Cloudflare）を外部の事業者に委託しています。委託先とその所在国は次の「海外での取扱い」をご覧ください。
To run the Service, we entrust payment (Stripe), data storage (Supabase) and website delivery (Cloudflare) to outside providers. For these providers and their countries, see the next section, "Handling outside Japan".

本サービスは以下の事業者のサービスを利用しており、これらはいずれも米国に本拠を置く事業者です。お客様の情報は、各社の利用規約およびデータ処理に関する契約に基づき、各社が定める安全管理措置の下で取り扱われます。

• Supabase, Inc.（米国）— 会員情報・参加状況の保存およびログイン用メールの送信。データは日本国内（東京リージョン）のサーバーに保存します。Supabase, Inc. (USA) — stores member details and participation, and sends the login emails. The data is stored on servers in Japan (Tokyo region).
• Cloudflare, Inc.（米国）— ウェブサイトの配信。通信は日本国外を含む最寄りの拠点を経由することがありますが、同社がお客様の情報を保存することはありません。Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — delivers the website. Traffic may pass through the nearest location, which can be outside Japan, but Cloudflare does not store your information.
• Stripe, Inc.（米国）— 参加費の決済。お支払いの際、メールアドレス等を同社に提供します。カード番号等の決済情報は同社が直接取得し、当サービスは受け取りません。Stripe, Inc. (USA) — takes payment of the fee. When you pay, we give Stripe your email address and similar details. Stripe collects card numbers and other payment details directly; the Service does not receive them.

米国には、日本の個人情報保護法に相当する連邦レベルの包括的な法律はなく、州ごとの法律（カリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法など）や分野別の法律により保護が図られています。各国の制度については、個人情報保護委員会の公表資料をご参照ください。

The Service uses the services of the companies above, all of which are based in the United States. Your information is handled under each company's terms of service and data processing agreement, with the security measures each company sets. The United States has no comprehensive federal law equivalent to Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information; protection comes from state laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) and sector-specific laws. For each country's system, see the materials published by Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission.

取得した情報は、イベントの運営に必要な期間保管します。アカウントの削除をご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。原則として2週間以内に、登録情報・参加の記録を削除します。

ただし、お支払いの記録（支払者名・金額・決済日時）は、税法上の保存義務があるため、アカウント削除後も最長7年間保管します。また、Stripe が保有する決済の記録は、同社のポリシーに従って管理されます。

Meetup経由で得た情報（RSVP・DM等）は、Meetupのグループ運営に必要な範囲でのみ利用し、不要になった時点で削除します。

We keep the information we collect for as long as we need it to run events. If you want your account deleted, contact us below; as a rule, we delete your registration details and participation records within two weeks. However, payment records (payer name, amount and date of payment) are kept for up to seven years after your account is deleted, because tax law requires us to keep them. Payment records held by Stripe are managed under Stripe's own policy. Information obtained through Meetup (RSVPs, DMs and so on) is used only as far as needed to run the Meetup group, and deleted once it is no longer needed.

• 通信はすべて暗号化（HTTPS）しています / All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS)
• 参加者が見られるのは自分の情報だけです。データベース側で、本人以外の情報を読めないよう制御しています / You can only see your own information; the database itself enforces this
• 参加者一覧を見られるのは運営責任者のみです / Only the person responsible for running the Service can see the participant list
• パスワードは使わず、ログインはメールで届くリンクで行います / There are no passwords; you sign in with a link sent by email
• カード情報は本サービスを通りません（Stripe が直接取得します） / Card details never pass through the Service

ご自身の情報の開示、訂正、利用の停止、削除、第三者への提供の停止をご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。ご本人確認のため、ご登録のメールアドレスからのご連絡をお願いする場合があります。手数料はいただきません。

To see, correct, stop using, delete, or stop sharing your information, contact us below. We may ask you to write from your registered email address to confirm it is you. There is no fee.

本サービスは、ログイン状態の維持のためにCookieを使用します。広告やトラッキングを目的とした第三者のCookieは使用しません。決済ページ（Stripe）では、同社が不正防止などのためにCookieを使用します。

The Service uses cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party cookies for advertising or tracking. On the payment page (Stripe), Stripe uses cookies for purposes such as fraud prevention.

本ポリシーは変更されることがあります。利用目的の変更など重要な変更がある場合は、サイト上でお知らせし、必要に応じてご本人の同意をいただきます。

This policy may change. If there is an important change, such as a change in how we use your information, we will announce it on the site and ask for your consent where needed.
